The portal has an authorization based on IP addresses and it is used in a touch tablet with 1920×1080 resolution.Usually, the companies follow this process – receive loads of animals that are live, kill them, cut them up, package them, and ship them to customers. After that, killed animals are turned into carcasses, which need to be hung in a cooler for a particular time and then further broken down into smaller pieces.Using our Kill Room portal, company can easily take care of carcasses, cutting them up for packaging and shipping. At the knocker, the characteristics of animals are identified like fur color, ear tags, number of teeth, weight, etc. This all data stored in this solution that can be easily searched anytime. Once the animal is hung on the rail, then it proceeds for a series of steps, reaching to hot weight station. 02Hot WeightAt this stage, the animals are assigned with the hot weight. The knocker station (discussed above) attributes are paired with the hot weight station attributes and then animals are labeled and moved to the cooler section as per customers’ requirements. Here’s the image of the Hot Weight section. 03Cooler MGMTUsing this section, the eligible person or employee with the password can change the hot weight in the cooler management. 04Cold WeightAt this stage, carcasses hang in a cooler for a particular time, and then further broken down into smaller pieces. Carcass pieces are weighted and note down into this solution. Shop Floor Portal is designed and developed for distribution, packaging and accounting of finished products. This web-based solution, shop floor, mainly used to create product labels, add products to label and receive product into BPI. 01Open OrderUnder this section, the admin can check all the open orders with complete details like status, name, type of customer, and the total number of products.
